• It is necessary to pay the starting fee on the day of registration, otherwise your registration will be canceled.

• You can transfer the entry fee to another person or change the course automatically online until 18 January 2026 by logging in to your SportID account. Just click on the button here in the section My registrations: Change order. Detailed instructions can be found here. After that, the change will only be possible in person at the race bib pickup on 29-31 January 2026.
• The transfer is subject to a fee of 300 CZK until 30th December 2025, 500 CZK after that.
• when transferring to a longer race, you must always pay the difference in the entry fee in addition to the change fee, when transferring to a shorter/cheaper race, the difference in the entry fee is not refundable.
• In case of non-participation in the race, the entry fee is non-refundable.
• It is not possible to transfer the entry fee to the next year.
• Change of name at the start number issue (Thursday-Saturday): the original owner will send the substitute a notice of the start number he will receive on 28. 1. + email (I name, surname, date of birth, mobile phone I agree to cancel my entry, I transfer the entry fee to name, surname, date of birth) and will settle the entry fee with the substitute. The original owner does not need to be present when the numbers are issued. The alternate will have a printed email from the original owner (the original owner's email must match the one on their SportID). The replacement will fill out a new application form in their name and pay the CZK 500 name change fee. The original owner's number is shredded, the substitute will receive a new number and wave according to his/her performance (DO NOT BUY ORIGINAL OWNER'S NUMBER OR WAVE)
• For sold out races, the possibility of changing registration is limited by the number of starting bibs and the transfer to this race is not guaranteed.

• New registrations after the close of on-line registrations will be held until the capacity of the race at the place and time of issue of numbers is sold out.
• We do not issue bibs on race day.

• Competitors are automatically placed in the starting wave, according to the time of the result of this race from the previous year 2025, see table below
• Newcomers without proven Worldloppet results will be automatically placed in the last wave. A request for a wave change can be made via SportID based on documented Worldloppet results from 2025, 2024.

Elite women: Start 8.00, with skis on in a designated area, time is measured from the shot.
Elite men + 1st wave: Start 8.30, with skis on in a designated area, time is measured from the shot. Entry closes at 8.25.
2nd–8th wave: Start with skis in hand, time is measured from the scanning mat + 30 seconds handicap. Starts of individual waves always within approximately 8 minutes. Entry to corridors 5, 6, 7, 8 allowed 15 minutes before the start of the respective wave.

• Also for the 58th edition, the organizers managed to secure insurance that covers the risk of insufficient snow in the Jizera Mountains. If the race cannot be held, even on an alternative or shortened course, 70% of the basic entry fee will be refunded to participants. For the ČEZ Jizerská 50 race, this amounts to 1,645 CZK.
• If a discount on the entry fee was applied, the insurance payout will be reduced proportionally to the discount.
• If the entry fee was won in a competition, the insurance cannot be claimed.
• The insurance now applies to all individual races, including Mini Jizerská and Orlen Sprint.
