This race will be part of the professional Ski Classics ranking, starting in 2026. To apply for participation, you must meet the following requirements:

1. 1. Be a registered FIS athlete (hold a valid FIS code)
2. 2. Meet the criteria for placement in the first start wave of the 50 km race

Registration is only possible via email at elite@jiz50.cz. Please include the following information in your email:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• SportID number (available in your profile)
• FIS code
• Results from previous races

Applications from athletes who are not part of a professional team will be reviewed and approved by the Race Director. Once your application is approved, you will be automatically registered, and we will send you instructions for the payment of the entry fee.

• New registrations after the close of on-line registrations will be held until the capacity of the race at the place and time of issue of numbers is sold out.

• The sprint has the form of three progressive laps and is ridden in a classic technique.
• In the qualification, individual competitors start separately, always within 15s
• The best 14 competitors from the qualifying round advance to the semi-finals, which are divided into two groups of six
• The top three competitors from each semifinal group qualify for the final, along with the competitor who placed fourth in the semifinals and has a better time than the competitor in fourth place from the other group. Seven competitors start together in the final.

• Also for the 58th edition, the organizers managed to secure insurance that covers the risk of insufficient snow in the Jizera Mountains. If the race cannot be held, even on an alternative or shortened course, 70% of the basic entry fee will be refunded to participants. For the ORLENT Sprint race, this amounts to 630 CZK.
• If a discount on the entry fee was applied, the insurance payout will be reduced proportionally to the discount.
• If the entry fee was won in a competition, the insurance cannot be claimed.
• The insurance now applies to all individual races, including Mini Jizerská and Orlen Sprint.
