Stanislav Řezáč wins Nyč sport sprint

In an attractive race Czech Stanislav Řezáč managed to win the traditional Nyč sport sprint. Two Swedish skiers join him at the podium.

Oscar Persson and Markus Ottosson were first and second in the qualification but it was Stanislav Řezáč who was the most succesful man in the finals. After dominating since the start he won by a three second margin.

„It was not easy, I forgot to bring my contacts and could hardly see anything in the dark. So I just ran,“ commented Řezáč with a smile on his face. He will now focus on the Sunday's ČEZ Jizerská 50.

Out of six starting women Britta Norgren from Sweden was the fastest. In a very tough race Šárka Zelenková finished second by not more than 0.1 second in front of third Martina Chrástková.

3. Martina Chrástková 5:23.9
