Registrations stop on 31 January

The greatest cross-country skiing race in our country, ČEZ Jizerská 50, will take place in February for the fiftieth time! Jizerske Mountains report temperatures well below zero and thick snow cover. If you have not yet entered the race you have the last chance now. Tuesday 31 January is when on-line registrations stop and the last tenth of numbers remain at the moment. If you have not entered the 50 th Jizerská 50, don’t hesitate too much. The last registration day ends tomorrow, 31 January 2017. Only a few number bibs remain now. For the entry fee you will get in addition to the exhilarating sporting experience a memorial crystal medal by Crystal Bohemia with a new design for the 50 th race. You can look forward to a gift from the general partner of the ČEZ Group, a functional SWIX cap worth CZK 650 and lots of other surprises. You can rely on professional services as a heated refreshment

zone, heated changing room, room for clothing and skis, professional wax service SWIX, refreshment station Enervit, and free transport for the racers from Liberec and Jablonec. Jizerská 50 is not however just the main fifty-kilometre race. Also on the programme is Volkswagen Bedřichovská 30 freestyle and classic Hervis Jizerská 25. To rookies and families with children is dedicated Saturday ČT Jizerská 10. A relay race will take place on Saturday during the Jizerská Corporate Raul. The smallest ones can compete on Friday in Mini Jizerská of the VZP. Moreover, the competitors can take part in the Nyč Sprint on Friday.

Apart from the race programme the skiers can look forward to a rich accompanying programme. The programme of Jizerská 50 will be opened by a chess tournament with world champion David Navara, who will play against 50 rivals. Friday will see the official opening at Bedřichov with fireworks. A mass will be held on Friday for the Peru Expedition and in the evening a concert will be given as part of the ČEZ Energy Fest by David Koller and the band The Prostitues in Dr. Ed. Beneše Square, Liberec.
