Jizerská 50 now open, half of starting numbers already sold

More than half of the starting numbers for the 48th ČEZ Jizerská 50, which will take place in Bedřichov on 9-11 January 2015, have already been sold. A place at the start was guaranteed for racers registered in this year’s event. Registration is open to all skiers from 14 June.

The total capacity of all Jizerská 50 races is 6,000 skiers; the largest number of places – 4,800 – is in the main 50-kilometre classic race. The current starting fees valid until the end of September or until capacity is sold out are CZK 1,200 for the 50 km race, CZK 900 for the half-distance race and CZK 800 for the Bedřichov 30 freestyle event.
