CHEAPER RACE FEE WITH 25% DISCOUNT FROM ČSOB AND MASTERCARD
Attention! The discount offer is only valid for existing or new ČSOB clients with a Mastercard card.
Discounts worth up to hundreds of crowns continue to be handed out during the 57th ČEZ Jizerská 50! After a very positive reaction to last year’s discount, thanks to which you had the opportunity to save a lot of money, ČSOB and Mastercard, who share the position of payments partner of Jizerská 50, are coming up with a new discount on one race fee for any race. How much can you save and how to apply for the discount? Let’s see together.
Whether you are looking forward to the ČSOB Jizerská 17 or any other race at the 57th ČEZ Jizerská 50, we have great news for you. As soon as registrations open, you have the chance to get a 25% discount* on the race fee for the most expensive race in your order if you pay using your ČSOB Mastercard (the promotion is valid only for individuals who have a Mastercard issued by ČSOB). Each ČSOB client can use his/her Mastercard to get just one discount on one race fee, up to a maximum of CZK 630* (i.e. a quarter of the price of the most expensive race fee until 2 January 20243. After that, the maximum amount saved will change depending on the current race fee).

ATTENTION! Unlike last year, this year the discount cannot be used repeatedly and is valid only for the first payment with a Mastercard issued by ČSOB from one account held in the name of an individual. This person cannot use the discount repeatedly even if he/she has more than one account with ČSOB. The discount is not linked to one payment card or one specific account, but to one ČSOB client. If you pay multiple race fees with multiple cards linked to the same person’s accounts, only the first one will be rewarded.
You don’t have a Mastercard from ČSOB? No problem! Just open an account with ČSOB quick and easy. You don’t have to go to the bank to do this, you can open an account online. You can also get a Mastercard for your new account online. It just doesn’t get any easier.
An example of using the discount:
Condition: It needs to be the first payment from the given personal account belonging to that specific ČSOB client using his/her Mastercard.
Buying one race fee:
The sum is equal to or higher than CZK 2,520 (i.e. the current fee for the main race) – ČSOB will return CZK 630.
The sum is less than CZK 2,520 – ČSOB will calculate and return 25% of the current race fee.
Buying more than one race fee:
ČSOB will calculate 25% from the most expensive registration in your order. The total sum of the order can be higher than CZK 2,520, but the final discount may not reach the maximum of CZK 630.

I HAVE MASTERCARD FROM ČSOB AND I WANT TO USE THE 25% DISCOUNT ON A SELECTED RACE
The process is really easy and you really just need to use your Mastercard issued by ČSOB to pay. In the order recap choose the payment method as “Using Mastercard by ČSOB with the 25% discount on the most expensive registration in my order” and even though you will at first pay the full race fee in your order, don’t worry! The bank will automatically return the sum equalling your discount back to your account. No reason to wait, register for the race right now!
ATTENTION! Each ČSOB client is entitled to one discount only, even if they have more accounts and more ČSOB Mastercard cards. The discount cannot be used repeatedly.
I DON’T HAVE MASTERCARD BY ČSOB. HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
The fact that you have an account with another bank cannot stop you from opening an account with ČSOB and applying for a Mastercard once you do. Similarly, you can easily get a Mastercard at ČSOB. The new account can be set up online and in a few minutes. Don’t hesitate!
We are happy that thanks to our payments partners, Jizerská 50 is more accessible for everyone. We are looking forward to enjoying the cross-country skiing event with you from 8 to 11 February 2024!
* 25% discount is on the currently most expensive registration in your order, not on the total sum of the order.
