Claiming snow insurance from PVZP

1. In case you purchased the entry fee for your relatives listed in your SportID user account, go to the "My relatives".
   
2. Choose the registered relatives for whom you want to claim race fee refund and continue according to the basic procedure from point 3.

Money for paid additional services may be returned to you on a different date than the refund of the entry fee.

If you have ordered and paid for any of the following additional services, in most cases 100 % of the price will be automatically refunded in a separate payment (not together with the race fee). In some cases, you can also pick up your items at the INTERSPORT shop in OC Nisa Liberec as part of the race package collection.

• Parking card – we will reimburse 100 % of the price back to your bank card or back account from which the payment was made.
• SWIX waxing service – we will reimburse 100 % of the price back to your bank card or back account from which the payment was made.
• Official KAMA hats– If you have paid for a hat, we will be happy to issue it to you at the race package collection point. If you are unable to come in person to collect it, please email us at info@sportid.cz and we will be happy to send the hat to you at your expense. If you do not claim your hat by 13^th March 2024, we will automatically refund 100 % of the hat price to the card or bank account from which the payment was made.
• Finisher T-shirt – You can pick up your T-shirt at the race package collection point (but without the finish time and race name). If you don’t, we will automatically refund 100% of the price of the T-shirt to the card or bank account from which the payment was made.
• ENERVIT nutrition package – You can pick up your nutrition package at the race package collection point. If you don’t, we will automatically refund 100% of the price to the card or bank account from which the payment was made.

1. What part of the race fee am I entitled to?
   

   • Participants registered for all races except the MINI Jizerská PVZP children’s races are entitled to a refund of up to 70 % of the basic race fee.

     Participants registered for the MINI Jizerská PVZP children’s races are not insured against lack of snow, but every participant who comes for his/her race package will receive a KAMA children’s hat.

2. Where can I find the conditions of the snow insurance from PVZP?

3. Who is insured, the person who paid the entry fee or the registered competitor?
   

   • The registered competitor is insured and the money will be refunded to the completed SportID bank account number.

4. Can the race fee be transferred to next year?
   

   • Unfortunately, the race fee cannot be transferred to the 58^th ČEZ Jizerská 50.

5. Am I entitled to a refund if I registered with a discount code?
   

   • In the case of a gift voucher, you are entitled to a refund in the same way as competitors who have purchased their race fee in the standard way.

     If you have won a discount code for free registration in any competition, either through the official channels of Jizerská 50 or through third-party channels, you are not entitled to a race fee refund nor to a transfer of the race fee to the 58^th ČEZ Jizerská 50.

     If you have received a discount code for free registration from a third party, you are not entitled to a refund of the race fee.

     If you have purchased the free registration discount code from a third party, you are not entitled to a refund of the entry fee. We recommend that you resolve the situation by making arrangements with the relevant third party.

6. I used a discount voucher when registering. Am I entitled to a refund of the race fee?
   

   • You are entitled to an amount proportionately reduced by the percentage of the discount voucher.

7. After filling in the details, I get the message "You are not eligible for a refund". What does this mean?
   

   • This message (or 0 CZK) will be displayed if the race fee is for the MINI Jizerská PVZP children’s race which is not covered by snow insurance. It will also be displayed if you registered via the discount code FREE and are therefore not entitled to a refund.

8. I bought my race fee from a third party and planned to re-register it on the spot at the race bib issuing place. Who will be compensated, I or will the previously registered person?
   

   • Compensation will always go to the competitor currently registered in the SportID system. In this case, the original competitor is still on the start list and is therefore “entitled” to the refund. We recommend that you resolve the situation by agreement with the relevant third party.

9. I was registered in by a friend / I registered through a friend via their account (not a related person in the SportID system). What is the procedure?

   • Refunds must always be requested by the competitor currently registered, not by the person who originally paid the race fee. The race fee will be refunded to the registered participant. Just use the procedure described at the top of this page.

If you do not fill in the appropriate banking details in the SportID system and do not request a refund, you will not be entitled to receive the insurance payout. Therefore, the organizers cannot use these funds for the needs of the ČEZ Jizerská 50 event. We thank everyone who had this intention.
