Legendary ČEZ Jizerská 50 Celebrates Its 60th Edition and Launches Best-Value Registration

The iconic winter event, ČEZ Jizerská 50, enters its jubilee 60th season. The traditional cross-country skiing festival will take place from 11 to 14 February 2027, with the first and most cost-effective registration wave opening today, 14 August at 8:30 AM. The anniversary celebrations will be accompanied by a new visual identity and a rich program for professionals and all enthusiasts alike.

Best-Value Entry Fees Until 30 October

For most fans of the white track, the question isn't whether to take part in the ČEZ Jizerská 50, but when to sign up for the starting list. The answer is clear: the sooner, the better and cheaper. We have just launched our traditionally best-value entry fee sale, which will run until 30 October. After that, prices will increase according to the official price list, though race prices remain at the same level as last year.

Other benefits of early registration include having your name printed on your race number, the option to order a premium jersey (of the same quality used by elite racers), and the best-value insurance in case of a lack of snow. If the race is cancelled due to snow conditions, all participants receive the same refund: 70% of the base entry fee. The earlier you register, the lower your entry fee is—and the higher the proportion of your paid amount you get back in the event of a cancellation.

A Program Full of Experiences for All Generations

ČEZ Jizerská 50 has always been and will continue to be for everyone. While the world's elite have a clear schedule with two Ski Classics World Championship races—the ORLEN Sprint and the ČEZ Jizerská 50—the rest of the participants have a wider variety of options to choose from.

• Friday 5 to Sunday 7 February will mark the second edition of the Generali Investments Ve stopě Jizerské 50, offering the perfect opportunity for a personal dress rehearsal. You can tackle the 10, 25, or 50 km route—classic or freestyle—entirely free of crowds and at your own pace. Race bibs, timing, light refreshments, and an official results list will all be taken care of.
• Thursday 11 February will kick off unconventionally with races for the youngest participants, the Mini Jizerská Dr. Max. The kids' races have been rescheduled to ensure the best possible organization for the elite ORLEN Sprint, which has been part of the Ski Classics series since last season and requires precise venue preparation ahead of the start. Following the children's races, the traditional freestyle events will take place: the Volkswagen Bedřichovská 30 and the VINCI Construction Jizerská 17.
  
• Friday 12 February will focus on the T-Mobile Jizerská Corporate Relay, which annually features 60 or more teams from companies large and small. While the relays are a great opportunity for teambuilding and networking, the afternoon ORLEN Sprint offers pure adrenaline—not just for elite competitors, but also for fans at the Bedřichov stadium and watching on TV screens. In the evening, the ČEZ Energy Fest in Jablonec nad Nisou will complement the day.
• Saturday 13 February will belong to amateur skiers and families with children in the ČT Jizerská 10, while the CRA Jizerská 25 will offer a larger dose of kilometers. The entertainment will culminate with another ČEZ Energy Fest, this time in Liberec.
• Sunday 14 February will once again be "D-Day" featuring the queen of all races, the ČEZ Jizerská 50.
